Reduce 'name' attributes in sourcedescriptor and instancedescriptor #5

The name attribute in sourcedescriptor and instancedescriptor are only necessary if there are specially defined glyphs in one of the instances. The document author knows best, object should not second guess. Action: do not set a default value for this attribute. If none is given, none should be written.
