[Request] Update instance/source order on save #94

I often like to sort the list of instances by weight or some other axis values. When the document is saved in extension, it doesn't seem to update the XML. I would love for this order to be reflected if possible. It would make the XML that much more approachable.

Reasonable, not sure how to implement.
