Bump Level-js dependency

Level-js is currently at version 2.1.3. The bundled version here is 1.1.2.

@rvagg how should I bump the version number here to update the Level-js depedency? Currently is 0.18.0. Should we wait LevelUp 0.19?

I suspect we might be calling the next levelup release 1.0.0, same for leveldown. Three options for you:

• Ignore upstream versioning and just go with whatever works for level-browserify, the problem here is the lack of clarity over what's what but maybe it doesn't matter so much
• Abuse patch-level version inconsistencies and say that major and minor are the ones that'll be in sync with levelup and patch level will be used to update dependences, although that kind of breaks semver a little
• Use pre-releases, you can release an 0.19.0-1 and it'll come before an 0.19.0 if/when it comes out.

Or, you could just go with 0.19.0 and assume the next levelup will be 1.0.0 so you won't get in to trouble.

The other important thing to note here is that levelup and leveldown releases are depending very much on me at the moment and I've been quite busy. I would welcome others helping to drive the process along and get a more frequent release cycle happening. I might give the Resig Method a go to see if it helps with my OSS backlog, but still, I'd love for this ecosystem to not depend on any one person so much.
