Changes:

Simplify description and some other sentences
MemDOWN => memdown, LevelDOWN => leveldown
Add Sauce Labs matrix
Make the example code asynchronous. Though memdown internally operates synchronously, consumers should not rely on this fact. Also because levelup@2 will create promises when you leave out callbacks like the old readme example did.

Closes #82, partially #73.
