Upgrade to latest Level modules #20

@substack Any change of seeing this merged or moving this module to the Level org just like multileveldown last week? :slightly_smiling_face:

with an immense respect to all the work done by @substack here and elsewhere, it doesn't look like he is interested in continuing supporting this module (his last commit was in 2014 and I can't find track of any comment in issues since then): shouldn't we move on and fork into Level/level-party? As for the name of the npm package, level-party2 is on option, but that would be missing out on the great oppurtunity of having a level-after-party ;) :tada: :dancing_men: :champagne: :dancing_women: :tada:

Alternatively, @mafintosh it seems you have publish rights here :) If this looks okay to you, could you merge and release a major? 🙏

I've also sent an email to substack.

The repo was transferred to Level 🎉

I'll update package.json etc shortly.
