no way to change password in USSD menu #11

You can change account names, but not the password. The password is probably a more common scenario.

hi bill, this is a user story as we do not have such functionality. I am moving that for 6.3. in case we have time to implement it. Also changing the type to a user story.

OK, as this doesn't affect our key use cases, we can ship phase one without it if necessary.
