[Feature request] giving panel permission #56

Create own groups where you can add permission too. What they can use on the dashboard

Exemple: Super-admins: can permanent ban, temp ban, kick warn, edit/update whitelist

admins: kick warn, temp ban,

Moderator: kick, warn

But then add own permission by a group you created yourself.
