Live Data for Candidate Detail Page

Before the candidate detail page can be completed, we need it to perform the following functions:

• [ ] Fetch live data for the requested candidate from the API backend
• [ ] Render graphs using the fetched data

The second subtask is going to be blocked by #45 and #46
