This PR should resolve #65.

Still waiting on the API, for "Contributions by Zip Code" and "Top Contributors".

@enactdev, please shout if you need assistance.

Sorry got way behind on this! I see that you made the only change that should have held up the merge, so otherwise looks all good to me and we'll keep working on the templating problem 👍
