added installation prequisite to readme #4

I just added in a couple lines to hopefully save the next person hours of time from trying to understand why their make failed. It seems enough people have had the problem of missing the flex and bison libraries that it was mentioned in issue #2 .

This repo has become very useful to me, thank you!
