Change the 'Go Back' in quizes to verify if they really want to go back. #19

It is noticed that it is easy to hit the Go Back while in a quiz. Make a section in quiz.php that holds warning information and asks for a confirmation. Otherwise it will return to the quiz. Note that quiz data will be lost if they 'leave now'.
