Create View user periods page #9

When from the base panel, click on View Users, this is where they are presented with a list of periods. Or a search box where they can search for a student by name.

Now utilized the user search engine created for this to be handy for the periods list. Now to do View user, Edit user, Save user, Delete user. I'm thinking of combining Edit and Create user.
