Respawning on death sometimes sends user into ground. #82

Please describe the bug

Users are occasionally teleported to -1 0 -1 on death. Likely due to null checking failure.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Die

Expected behavior

Teleport to spawn.

Server information:

Minecraft Version: 1.21 - Server Implementation: Paper - Essence Version: 1.5.2
