An option for moving to cancel teleportation.

Hi @TheMightyBlurr, this has been added (finally!) sorry for taking so long. You can now move to cancel any teleportation that has a wait time. Wait times can be set in config.yml as usual. You can download the snapshot from https://github.com/LewMC/Essence/actions/runs/9996941079/job/27632355011 or wait for the release in a few days if you'd prefer. Thanks!
