Hello bro how are you? im testing you code but i got some bugs like this.

then i create a empty txt file with that name and i receive

i suggest you ignore this repo, and u can take part of processing OCR and apply it to normal darknet , and u train model for just detecting plate. another solution you can check this

Can you please help me how to install this "DarkPlate" project on a raspberry pi? This is all new for me

the instruction are very clear in that github repo , first install Darknet then Darkhelp https://github.com/stephanecharette/DarkHelp#building-darknet then Darkplate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJ2iyf_E9PM
