Would be nice to have badges and Travis or public CI + Coverage

The Travis CI badge has already been on README.md.

And it missed the code coverage badge.

I think we can use the coveralls or codecov for our code coverage work and badge.

@Lewiscowles1986, which one do you prefer?

I've just added coveralls.io badge, but I'm wondering what other metrics and badges we could add?
