Changed source of data #11

Hi Seems https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19 is already doing recovered again so I changed the URL to pull directly form there (same source as HDX)

I am just trying ot make it more usable and accessible. You have done hte heavy lifting here. Thanks a lot

I am removing province data. It works for all countries that have province data and country data it fails for the ones that have not country data but yes province like China. But without remove output of the ones wiht province is odd
