Release latest LexNLP package (2.2.1.0) #68

@tvasenin this is not official, but if you're looking to test against the package: https://pypi.org/project/openlegal-lexnlp/ I've published the 2.2.1.0 version of the package - I'll obviously not be maintaining future releases from this, unless they need packaging up to test if the official release isn't available.
