Opfor leader slot fix #64

Fix for #63 so that opf2 cannot declare war since it is not a ranked slot.

The change would set the variable to a string. It needs to be an array. Change it to ["opf1"] on your fork and it should update automatically here and I will merge this.

Alright thanks, I wasn't sure whether I was supposed to be keeping it as an array or not.
