MerlinMusicLibrary fixed and Xbmc.nfo File for series added #756

Hi, 
I habe uploaded an bugfixed and enhaced Version of PV in OpenAtv forum - 
Plugins.
A bundle with PlatinumHD skin, MerlinMusicPlayer Plugin, a fixed picture player 
Plugin and the ability To use also the tvshow.nfo file Form xbmc for series in 
Addition instead of Valerie.info file only.

I had an update due to bugs, now it's a worthy v1.3.
It loads covers for movie's on the 1.st run, it decodes the html-encoded 
XBMC.nfo information and it reads the tvshow.nfo for series. All works well 
now. OpenATV added enigma2-plugin-extensions-pvmc-bundle to the 3rdparty feed.
It seem's stable actual.
