Is there a particular reason why this (very useful) library is not published on opam-repository?

FYI https://github.com/ocaml/opam-repository/pull/16519 but apparently we need to wait the support of ocaml 4.11 by js_of_ocaml to merge it . I'll this issue when this is sorted out.
