Matt G Adverts should receive a delay before being sent to chat in order to prevent people picking up on who sends them. ( "Player is typing a message" New Advert: Yadda Yadda Yadda Fuck da Police &Coppa sees guy stop typing at exactly the time of sending and arrests&) [/end of poor explanation]
