Look into stealing this one http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1088619-PChat-Another-*Chat-named-Chatbox it looks p good. If not I've written a sort of chat system already, but without any kind of wrapping or features other than drawing text, which could be made into working shit with enough work

In this case both chatboxes are from 2011 and not GM13 compatible but I believe PortalGod just released another one so hey get that instead
