Too many small weapons bug #79

"a bug occurs when you use a weapon (aka unholster it), then holster it, if you try to unholster it again you are faced with the "You are carrying too many small weapons!" bug, which renders you unable to take out firearms (so far tested with a 5-7), effectively losing money for your ammo and your (important) abillity to draw firearms, this will only be restored, after being slayed or respawned."

I can't replicate this, how often does it occur?
