Interface Error #9

So whenever I'm playing my druid (level 18, hardcore & slow and steady), I permanently get error messages whenever I target anything (even myself) or lose the target by hitting escape or clicking into nowhere. I even get those errors when I only use Outfitter. The error message says:

"ERROR: Interface\AddOns\Outfitter\Outfitter.lua:960: attempt to index global 'AceEvent' (a nil value)"

I could reproduce the error and "fix" it. It does not occur when I have my latest BigWigs active. When i deactivate bigwigs, I get the error again.

AceEvent says it depends on AceLibrary and AceOO-2.0 but it looks like pepopo forgot to add them for his pr.
