I know that this is in the description of the mod to back up worlds and everything is configurable BUT

Most people will not touch the config files out the box this is why I think it's "dangerous" to have hoppers on by default. it will pretty much break most if not all chest sorting systems using water.

Pressure plates and signs are also used in these redstone contraptions

Not to mention when this is paired with issue #20 it's not great

A nice quick fix would probably be to just disable permeability by default instead of it being turned on by default.
