Add "Duplicate" button for tests #389

It would be convenient to be able to use an existing test to create a copy so as to slightly modify it and save both versions.

This might also be solved by adding the backpack feature to the code and test editor pages.

Resolved in #404, which adds "Save As" to the Test interface.
