Timestamp Constraints Not Displaying as Datetimes #483

In the scenario editor, when there are constraints on a timestamp, those constraints are not displayed using datetime format in the constraints portion of the explanation.

Resolved in v1.6.0-alpha for the scenario editor. Still to change in test-editor, but the objectives for the test editor are different.
