Scenario Editor not Displaying Multiple Reasons #494

If you create an exception for which there might be multiple reasons, the scenario editor seems not to distinguish them from one another. Perhaps because the tools for distinguishing answers distinguish on bindings and constraints, but not on terms or reasons?

That might be a bug introduced around 1.6.0-alpha

Investigating this further, I'm unable to find evidence that this is a problem. I suspect there might have been an error in the code, not the app. Closing until I can find a reproducable example.
