Constraints not displaying in Scenario Editor #534

Numerical constraints on dates are not appearing at all in the scenario editor when they do appear as numbers in the test editor.

There was a problem in how the scenario editor was detecting the presence of variables in constraints that prevented it from "seeing" variables at the start of the string. Resolving that in v1.6.12-alpha.
