Hiding relationships inscenario editor makes inputs not appear #543

In the scenario editor, in the immunization example that I'm working on, if you hide one relationship, and then you try to add data to the other relationship, there is a javascript error and the new relationship inputs don't appear. There seems to be a counting problem or something that is making it exclude the wrong set of inputs.
