Fixed a lot!! We had some json where it shouldn't be and some 0 shenanigans that broke webpack. All good now, things are communicating

Recipe Class/Functions are workings. Mocha/Chai Testing suites are passing in the Recipe Class.

User class methods and Mocha/Chai testing suites are starting.
