Program does not open after setting ScreenScale to 1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Modify the ini file
2.Set Screenscale to 3
3.The program opens properly with the UI scaled
4. Set the Screenscale to 1
5. The program renders black or it does not open

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64
AseSprite 0.9.6-beta1

*Please provide any additional information below. If the program crashed on
Windows, you can attach the aseprite-memory.dmp file generated in the same
location where aseprite.exe is.*
