What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Hold down hand tool key (Middle mouse click)
2.Alt-Tab to another application
3.mouse will only move in area restricted by aseprite (See video)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not to lock my mouse (see video)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aseprite 0.9.6-beta1 for WinXP/Vista/7
*Please provide any additional information below. If the program crashed on
Windows, you can attach the aseprite-memory.dmp file generated in the same
location where aseprite.exe is.*
