Thumbnails in Timeline #340

What do you need to do?
I'd like a setting to display thumbnails in the timeline, and possibly to 
control their size.

How would you like to do it?
With an option in Edit->Options. Another suggestion was displaying the 
thumbnail only when the mouse is over a specific frame, but I would like the 
option for a constant display if possible.
