Selectin distorted when moving, while RotSprite active

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. draw a diagonal of two pixeles (or open almost any image)
2. make a selection
3. choose RotSprite in dropdown
4. move the selection

What is the expected output? 
The image is perfectly the same but offset.

What do you see instead?
Some pixels are gone. Image is distorted. I guess that some tiny rotation 
happens when moving and that is enough to distort the image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.6-beta3 Windows8
