Docking the mini editor #404

What do you need to do?
The mini editor is important for maintaining a sense of scale when working on
an artwork but it seems to get in the way more often than not, being able to
dock the mini editor window on either left or right side of the new timeline (I
am right handed and use a cintiq so left side would be best for me) or above
the tools to the right like photoshops navigator would be an incredible help.

How would you like to do it?
You would drag the mini editor window to its desired location and then prompted
to release where it would then be housed within the panel it was dragged to,
much like photoshops docking panels. A drag bar between the editor and the
panel to the sides or beneath/above it would also be preferred so that one
could adjust how much room the mini editor takes up relative to the panels
around it.
