Use of delete/backspace keys in all text fields- (noting specific lack of functionality in opacity field) #422

What do you need to do?
If I click most of the text fields to numerically enter values in the app 
they'll permit the use of backspace/delete to set the value- I would like to be 
able to do the same with opacity.

How would you like to do it?
Click on the text field- if the auto-highlight doesn't properly delete the 
previous value (say I accidentally drag-select a character) then I can use 
delete/backspace normally to finish entering a value, which it accepts once I 
click somewhere else with the mouse/press enter to move the focus in the app 
somewhere else.
