fix: add spanish and cleanup #249

Adds the spanish language and cleansup files to make things easier to understand while browsing the app code

Thanks a lot ! Could you please make a separate PR with just the Spanish translation? I am on a big code cleaning on another branch so it would be a pain to fix all the merge conflicts with your other modifications 😅

Done in #250 and yeah there is a lot which I feel like is slowing me down slightly
