The jupyter kernel is dead. #5

When coming to the train step, kernel will be dead. I ran on my mac. nepoch=10

@yzf072 please can you provide more information regarding this problem? How many cells are there in your data? Did you install sctour in an isolated environment using conda? You can also try Colab as an alternative.
