"Save Resource" dialog window keeps on showing up while modifying file in Eclipse with plugin #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1."Run on every save" option checked in Run Configuration
2.Start plugin and capture browser
3.Modify any file in the project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No dialog box should appear while editing.  Instead, a "Save Resource" dialog 
box appears every 3-4 seconds asking if modified file should be saved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse 3.5.2 + Aptana plugin, JSTestDriver plugin 1.1.1.e, Ubuntu 10.10

I can reproduce this bug in:
Aptana 3.0.4, JSTestDriver plugin 1.1.1.e, Windows Vista
