Wrong link to capture when using serverHandlerPrefix #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure jstd to use prefix (serverHandlerPrefix) to avoid proxy conflicts
2. open url and click capture

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should navigate to http://localhost:port/prefix/capture
But it does navigate to http://localhost:port/capture
