Tests should run even if any pattern/path in the config didn't match any file #261

It's convinient to setup project structure and all possible locations of source 
files initially. In such case it's possible that some dirs yet doesn't contain 
any sources and it's impossible to run other tests. For me expected behaviour 
of the tool should be returning something like "0 found \ 0 passed"

Generally, the practice is for a runner to fail when there are no tests. At 
least, if you follow the junit lead.
