[eclipse] wrong encoding for error message in IE9+Russian MUI #323

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attach IE9 with russian MUI
2. Write test that throws javascript error (i.e. calling undefined as function)
3. run it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
error message in cyrillic is expected
instead i see garbage instead of cyrillic letters, english part of message is 
fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.1.e Win7x64 RU

Please provide any additional information below.
Possibly not converting from Win-1251 (Russian encoding) or wrong UTF handling.
