remove description of limitation on compositionQuantity #226

The description of compositionQuantity states that quantity should be a number of a percentage. We have no way of stating what the number represents. Regardless, this is an unnecessary limitation on the property and should therefore be removed from the comment.

Would it make sense to introduce two subproperties to denote the quantity of a composition: quantityPercentage (that represents the quantity as a percentage) and quantityNumber that represents the quantity as a whole number?
