I have tried everything, yet I keep getting this issue, for all file type. Pls is there something I'm missing?

I think it may be caused by the problem of Tencent X5. You can pay attention to his problem.

Pls what do I do? How do I pay attention to "his" problem? Are you facing similar issues or it's just me?

这里指的插件加载失败是腾讯X5内部的报错信息，可能是网络问题导致的下载失败或者其他原因。可咨询 Tencent X5 官方
