Foreground image of layout.plist messed up on Combining Diacritics. #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?

Please provide any additional information below.

My iPhone Firmware is 2.2
Everything work fine except the place where the alphabet belong (sorry for
my English because i don't know how to say that please look at the
attachment picture)
how can i fix that??

Can't reproduce the plus sign in IMG_0016.PNG and that thing in IMG_0017.PNG 
just
using \U03xx and friends. Can you attach the layout.plist for me for further 
testing?

If this bug report is for the placement of the vowels (IIRC the combining 
characters
are vowels) than I'd mark it as WontFix because this should be resolved 
properly by a
the more general issue 32.

here is keyboard layout and Lao font 
cause you gonna need it to read Lao font
