Left SHIFT button needs to be moved up by 1 pixel

What steps will reproduce the problem?

> It is reproducible every time, when switching from Apple's keyboard to 
any iKeyEx keyboard. You can see the SHIFT button (on the left, with the 
arrow) is moved down by 1 pixel when toggling to an iKeyEx keyboard. 
Funnily enough, the symbols button [123] once pressed, brings that left 
SHIFT button in place (on the extended iKeyEx keyboard).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

> The LEFT shift button moves down by 1 pixel, on a keyboard layout 
identical to Apple's ENGLISH keyboard (3 rows + special buttons row).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system 
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?

> Version of firmware 2.2.1 and iKeyEx release 160 (1.6-0 that was 
released on February 19th via Cydia and BigBoss repo).

Please provide any additional information below.

> This specific GUI fault did not appear in original 1.0-0 release of 
iKeyEx. I am using the SAME .plist files from v1.0.0 of iKeyEx, did not 
update them yet. Thanks for this great piece of code!

Fixed in r177, and a similar bug about the positioning of the delete key in 
landscape
position.

BTW, the version is 0.1-6, not 1.6-0.
