Enable variant keys for punctuation keys #72

I'm trying to incorporate variant keys for certain punctuation keys, but
when holding the keys down, no variant keys are shown.  I am certain that
my variants.plist file is contains no errors.

Ipod Touch 1G fw 2.2, ikeyex v0.1-8

The plist should use UTF-8 or UTF-16. Please check if the attached plist works.
