Missing inline effect content #26

I used the newest version of the exporter to get pdf documents from my liascript files. The problem is with the inline effects ( {{1}}, {{2}} ). All content that is in inline effects doesn't appear in the exported pdf.

@madoer ... thanks for reporting ... this issue should be fixed with the exporter version 2.4.1...
